All local services are carried out in DCE Cosmetics Studio; our studio is located in Endeavour Hills, Melbourne, Victoria; approximately 35 minutes from the Melbourne CBD area.
A $50.00 deposit is required to confirm all make up bookings with our team; deposit amount will be deducted from final cost.

MAKE A BOOKING
To book any of our Make Services for yourself, simply complete the booking form here with your details and preferred appointment date and time. A member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.
Booking Deposits
From 1 November 2023, all appointments at DCE Cosmetics will be subject to a holding deposit of $50. Upon acceptance of your booking, BTA will issue an invoice for this payment which is due immediately in order to secure your booking.
Your deposit can be paid by Credit Card or Bank Deposit.
Please note: your booking is not confirmed until your booking deposit has been received. If a holding deposit has not been received within 3 days of acceptance of your booking by DCE Cosmetics (or the invoice being issued), we reserve the right to release this time to other clients for booking.
SERVICE REFUND + RETURNS
Cancellations and Refunds
- Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals.
- For any cancellation we require a minimum of 24 hours notice
- If you no show, cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time we reserve the right to retain your booking deposit ($50)
- In the case of pre-paid treatments, if you no show, cancel or reschedule withing 24 hours of your appointment, you forfeit the cost of the treatment in full.
- Refunds will be provided where required and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
